Expo Dates and Hours

What are the dates of the Florida International Trade Expo?

The Florida International Trade Expo will take place from Tuesday, March 16 , 2021 to Thursday, March 18, 2021.

What are the event hours?

The event hours are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). 

The virtual platform will be accessible after show hours to accommodate visitors in different times zones. You can visit booths and request meetings with exhibitors during this time.

How Do I Log In?

How do I reset my password to the platform?

If you are unable to remember your password go to click the “forgot password” link located on the login page.

Or go to https://expo.floridaexpo.com/forgotpassword. The forgot password link will ask for your email address and send an email with a password reset link.

What if I need to register myself or a colleague for the event?

Visit https://www.floridaexpo.com/ to register at any time! Registration is open for visitors through Thursday, March 18th at 12:00 pm ET.


Help! I need technical support.

Please email support@nextechar.com for assistance troubleshooting website troubles such as video buffering, password resets, or other general site navigation. For general event support, contact floridaexpo@enterpriseflorida.com.


Will I receive a confirmation once registered?

Upon successfully registering for the Expo, attendees are redirected to a “Thank You Page” and will now have immediate access to the virtual platform. A thank you email will be sent along with other communication each week preceding the Expo after registration.


Navigating the Platform During the Event (Available March 16 – 18, 2021)

How do I interact with exhibitors?

Depending on the exhibitor you will see several options to interact. To visit a booth, select Exhibit Grand Hall from the left-hand navigation and click the booth you want to view. Note videos with English audio have closed captioning supporting six languages: Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish.

How can I quickly find exhibitors of interest to me?

In each Grand Exhibition Hall, you will be able to search by company name, industry and/or keyword.


Can I chat directly with the participating exhibitors?

Yes. In each participating booth there will be a chat room feature where you can connect. Aside from chat boxes and watching videos, here are ways you can interact directly with each exhibitor’s representatives:

INFO – Read a company description.

CONTACT – View and download contact card information.

LIVEMEETING – Jump straight into a live video meeting with a company representative.

CALENDAR – Schedule a one-on-one appointment with a company representative.

RESOURCES – Learn more about the company’s services and offerings.

I WAS HERE! – Let the exhibitor know you were at their booth. Some booths are even offering additional raffle prizes for doing so!


Are the webinar presentations recorded and will I be able to access them later?

Yes. For approximately 30 days after the event, you may log in to the site and watch videos on demand, visit exhibit booths, download materials, and more.


May I ask speakers questions during the webinar presentations?

Yes, we encourage you to ask questions throughout the presentation. There will be a Question Bar that can be found under the screen. Questions (time permitting) will be answered during the dedicated Q&A at the end.


Can I schedule a prearranged business meeting with a company?

Yes, we encourage you to engage with exhibitors and request one-on-one meetings with them for a more personal discussion. To schedule one-on-one meeting, click the Calendar icon in the blue bar at the bottom of each booth and follow the instructions provided there. The option to schedule meetings will be available between March 16 – 18, 2021.


Can I download exhibitor’s information and promotional material?

Yes, you can download all the files and e-business cards that you wish and save them to your device.


How long may I access the event platform?

You will have access to the platform and OnDemand content up to 30 days following the event. The virtual platform is accessible after show hours to accommodate visitors in different times zones. You can visit booths and request meetings with exhibitors during this time.
